Hello and welcome to Brighter Fusion!

I have several years' experience building rapid prototype and production applications using Cold Fusion and the World Wide Web. I hold an advanced developer certification in Cold Fusion from Macromedia.

In May 2008, I matriculated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. W00t!!

Some of the experiences I've enjoyed at CU include:

• Radio 1190 News - A weekly local news show.
• CUBIC - An intensive business course offered by the Leeds School, focusing on finance, accounting, and leadership.
• CU GOLD's Core Leadership Program (Spring 2007) - A program designed to foster leadership on campus.
• The Conference on World Affairs (Fall 2007, Spring 2008).

Aside from work and school, I enjoy crafts including sewing and knitting (see my blog and my Etsy store), I have two beautiful cats (Sandy and The Doctor), I bike regularly, and I enjoy mid-century modern designs.

I am a secular humanist and a UU. I am also an area coordinator for the Colorado Democrats and a proud member of MoveOn.org.
